For the first time in NCS history both our girls' and boys' basketball teams are heading to Provincials
Hot off of the heels of Nanaimo Christian School's senior girls' basketball team qualifying for Provincials, the boys' basketball team is also advancing to Provincials -- a first in NCS history!
Last weekend the senior boys finished 2nd at the Island Championship, pushing the #2 team in the province in a very close game in the finals. The boys have qualified for Provincials, which will be held in Langley from March 9-12. Way to go, Trail Blazers!!
Player of the Game awards went to: Jackson, Calvin and Mattias
1st Team All Stars: Jackson and Calvin.
Congratulations go to the whole team with special thanks to their coaches who helped them reach this level of success.

In other NCS athletics news, Elijah Cote (grade 8) finished 6th in his weight class at the wrestling Provincials. Well done, Elijah!
